Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact me (Melike Toraman, Schlafling, Kopfstr. 61, 12053 Berlin Germany, Tel .:,

E-Mail: info@schlafling.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I have made all payments that I have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment I use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. I can refuse the repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to me immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed me of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.  (If you have paid with PayPal, you can register for the PayPal returns program and, if necessary, get your return costs back from PayPal up to 25 € and 12 times a year. You can find out what conditions this works with PayPal yourself.  

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling you that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Articles excluded from revocation
All items that are individually manufactured for customers after the order has been placed are excluded from exchange. These are items for which the color, size and font or personalization such as name, slogan and / or number are specified.

According to § 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB, the consumer has no right of withdrawal if goods are ordered that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of you as Consumer-tailored (customer specification).

The personalized goods are economically worthless for the seller after production insofar as the subsequent sale becomes impossible due to the customer specification and the individual production that has taken place.
